Our Story

Jacobellis Sausage Co., Inc. was established in 1975 by Italian brothers who resolved to form a sausage company in order to mass produce traditional or deli style Italian Sausage. To this day, Jacobellis Sausage Co, Inc. is still family owned and operated, and those original sentiments of quality have never floundered and remain the underling key to our success.

The Jacobellis family story begins half a world away in the small town of Loseto, Bari. The unique recipes created by our Loseto family paired with fresh pork and all-natural ingredients, help us claim the title of the very best in Italian Sausage.
