Jacobellis Sausage Co., Inc. was established in 1975 by four Italian brothers who resolved to form a sausage company in order to mass produce traditional or deli style Italian Sausage. To this day, Jacobellis Sausage Co, Inc. is still family owned and operated, and those original sentiments of quality have never floundered and remain the underling key to our success.
